Alliance Bible Fellowship

Preconstruction services for Alliance Bible Fellowship began in 2007. The church was not necessarily in a hurry, but church leadership had a strongly held conviction to not borrow money for a construction project. This allowed JH Batten, Inc. to design-build a project that could be completed in strategic phases.

This 32,778 square feet design-build project completed in late 2019 – taking approximately 12 years to complete over several phases with many complexities of tying into existing buildings with differing floor heights. The finished project includes a 2-story education space, large lobby and common area, and a 1,200-seat worship center with state-of-the-art audio/visual/lighting capabilities. This design-build project was built with a mixture of conventional construction and pre-engineered steel building.

Multiple site improvements included storm drains upgrade, additional parking, landscaping, and new site lighting.
